All Things Brittney does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of each item being handmade specifically for your little one. Each order is carefully + thoroughly packed. If there is an issue with your order please contact us. If it is determined that there is an error on my part I will correct the issue or offer store credit. All store credit expire 90 days from issue date. DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURNS OR EXCHANGES*
Due to hygiene reasons all accessories (including hats & headbands), all jewelry (including watches & glasses), home decor, intimates (including camis + slips), leg wear, jeggings, leggings, seamless wear, workout clothing, socks & beauty items are final sale only. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. (We like to think of it as true love.) With this is mind, we list as much info as possible for each item so the only surprise you get is how amazing it looks when you try it on!
- Sale items + featured items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. All damaged items must have tags still attached and be in unworn condition. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors and cutting garments will not be replaced.
